Order Processing Time (non-customized orders)
1. All non-custom orders will be packaged and ship out within 48 hours of receiving the order.
2. Non-customized orders placed on Saturday will ship out the following Monday.
3. Non-customized orders placed on Sunday will ship out on the following Monday or Tuesday.
Order Processing Time (custom orders)
1. Once the order is received we will begin creating a graphic proof within 24 hours.
2. For custom orders received on Saturday or Sunday, our graphic team will begin the graphic design on the following Monday.
3. Graphic design takes no more than 12 hours.
4. Once completed, we will email the graphic proofs and await instructions on any desired changes or we will wait the customers approval.
5. Once the graphic is approved, the custom carving will require 2-5 business days before shipping. This includes the carving, any painting that may be involved, and the refinishing and drying time required.
In-Store Pickup:
In-store pickup is available upon request.
Domestic Shipping Policy:
1. All products ship out via UPS Ground (1-5 days delivery), if no special shipping requests are made.
2. If requested, we can ship out via the following methods:
a. USPS Ground Advantage
b. USPS Priority Mail
c. UPS Express
International Shipping Policy:
1. All international orders will ship out via Global Post.
2. Upon requested, UPS International can be arranged
Tracking your order:
1. On the day your package ships, you will be emailed a tracking number.
