Changed your mind and want to return an item? We understand!! Returns at J.A. Henry Rod & Reel Co. are seamless and easy!

How do I return my item(s)?

  • To start your return, reach out to us via email and get the ball rolling!

Return Policy:

We’re happy to accept returns for items within 30 days of purchase. Item(s) must be:

  • In its original, undamaged condition
  • In its original packaging. Note: If the original packaging is too damaged to be shipped back, you must use a box that’s similar to the original.

There are a few items that can’t be returned:

  • Personalized items: Any items that have been carved into or personalized cannot be returned, this includes all the items that are inside the customized case.

Return Shipping Fee

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for the original purchase and shipping charges for the return.

Refund Timing

We will initiate your refund once items are received. Please allow up to 2 weeks (10 business days) for us to fully process your return and issue your refund.
